The Oklahoma City Thunder have won their first-ever NBA championship after beating the Indiana Pacers 103-91 in Game 7 of the NBA Finals at Paycom Center on Sunday.

The Thunder technically have a championship under their belt, but it was won by the Seattle Supersonics in 1979. The Supersonics relocated to Oklahoma City in 2008 and became the Thunder. Since then, the closest they’ve come to winning an NBA championship was in 2012, when they lost to LeBron James and the Miami Heat in five games.

The Thunder were led by NBA MVP Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, who scored 29 points and dished out 12 assists, both of which were game-highs. Jalen Williams scored the second-most points for OKC with 20.
